Dear Director Eng:

Regarding Caroline McCabe and her leave of absence from her job as City and County of Honolulu’s Land Use Permits Division of DPP.  Could you please advise what was the reason for granting Ms. McCabe leave of absence and the length of time you agreed to keep her position open with the Land Use Permits Division of DPP?  To your knowledge is Ms. McCabe currently working for any other government agency out of state?  Could you please provide your answer to the above questions with your response to my earlier letter to you yesterday?
